More rock and stones - love them.

Love rocks and stones and have piles and bowls of them throughout my house.

I've always loved rock and stone walls. They do them in style in Costa Rica. Walked up and down these multiple times a day, each time with gratitude for the inspiration.

To get to the beach from our retreat in Costa Rica, we had to walk along the "Roots" trail - most appropriately named.

I marveled each day at the incredible beauty of this structure.

And I also gave thanks that none of these roots ended up being a snake in disguise.

I love these white lines on the rocks we saw at the end of the in Dominical, Costa Rica. Almost looks like elephant skin (not that I've ever been that close to an elephant)

I've never spent much time near water, growing up in New Mexico and now living in Colorado there aren't many opportunities for such things.

So when I can go to the beach I'm always enthralled - with the water, the waves, the sand, the rocks. The experience is rather foreign and always inspiring.

I find I'm always drawn to the colors of the ocean and waves - murky blues, whites and browns. Fabulous!

I loved the pattern they made with the stones in the floor of the yoga studio building in Costa Rica. The varied sizes and colors were fabulous.

I just returned from a yoga vacation in Costa Rica. In addition to the soul nourishing retreat, I was surrounded by incredible beauty at every moment.

The huge bamboo with it's multiple colors was incredible.
