As I entered my studio this evening, it was clear that one thing that never fails to inspire me is my studio itself. I recently did a large home remodel project and added the 450 sq ft studio to the back of my house. It's a fabulous space and has amazing energy for creating art.

It would have been so easy to give myself a pass, I'm tired, I have a cold, I worked in the studio yesterday, my kitchen floor needs sweeping, I only have an hour, the yard needs mowed, etc, etc, etc.

But instead - I made art. Joyful.

At the beginning of 2010, I declared my definiton of success was to have a weekly massage.  To get me headed in the right direction, I began scheduling monthly massages.  I'll occasionally sneak in a 2nd some months when a groupon for a massage comes up.

This morning I had my monthly massage with Tracy.  As usual it was fabulous.  Relaxing.  Healing.  and Inspiring.
